The paving of Balsam Road in the towns of Pleasant Valley and Washington is tentatively scheduled for July 16 through the 18th. The pavement will be put down in two layers on two separate days. The pavers will be running side-by-side. Once the pavers go by your section of roadway, there will be no access in and out for a period of hours. Barricades will be adjusted as the pavement cools to allow access back to your property.
