Invitation for Bids - 2026 Crackfill & Chip Seal

The Town of Washington is requesting for the furnishing of all labor and material for the following items: Air Lance & Polyfiber Crackfill. Scrub Seal & Chip.
Sealed bids will be received by the Town Administrator until 2:00PM April 9 at 5750 Old Town Hall Rd, Eau Claire, WI 54701 at which time they will be opened and read aloud. Bids must be labeled, “BID 2026 CRACKFILL PROGRAM” or “BID 2026 CHIP SEAL PROGRAM”. The programs will not be awarded at that time.
Contact the Administrator at 715-829-2094 for a copy of the work specifications. The Town Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive irregularities and informalities therein, and to award the Contract in the best interest of the Town of Washington.
