Invitation for Bids - 2026 Paving Program

The Town of Washington is requesting bids for Gust Rd and Hickory Rd in the Town of Washington for pulverize and relay, delivery of base course, asphalt saw cuts, prepare foundation, and paving.
Sealed bids will be received by the Town Administrator until 1:45PM April 9 at 5750 Old Town Hall Rd, Eau Claire, WI 54701 at which time they will be opened and read aloud. Bids must be labeled “BID 2026 PAVING PROGRAM”. The program will not be awarded at that time.
Contact the Administrator at 715-829-2094 for a copy of the work and specifications. The work shall be subject to minimum wages and labor standards in accordance with the State of Wisconsin. The Town Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive irregularities and informalities therein and to award the Contract deemed most advantageous to the Town.
