Legislative Update

SB691 and AB768.   The “Urbans Towns Bill” attempting to correct wrongs in regards to city land use control in the Town has died.  It seemingly did not have the votes in the Assembly and therefore, it was not given the hearing it deserved. The cities tactic of flooding the dialog with fiction was victorious… this time around.
